2019 was a Whopper!  The highlight was being juried into En Plein Air Texas in October.  Rated within the top 5 plein air events in the country, everything was over the top with Texas hospitality.  The roster of artists included the top names in this genre.  The season began with two of my paintings getting juried into plein air exhibits at the Fechin and Blumenschein Museums in Taos. Other key events were the plein air events in Douglas County, Steamboat and Central City.  Last fall, I received numerous awards and sales were good. In the five weeks from the reception the last weekend of September in Steamboat, to the Central City event, through the ten days in San Angelo, Tx, and finally getting home the first of November I sold 14 paintings!  Quite a hot streak.

I look forward to continuing that momentum in 2020.  I have already been juried into 2020’s Santa Fe Plein Air Fiesta in March.  I will keep you posted regarding the rest of my schedule this year as it develops.
